Shipping:
UPS delivery within 2 business days of shipping at ground rates anywhere in the continental United States. (Applies to shipments using Blue Generation UPS account number).
Truck, FedEx, and expedited services available at regular prices. Common carrier shipments sent freight collect. USPS available to Pureto Rico and Alaska only.
Shipped from one distribution center.
Pants and shorts are shipped as separate orders.
Column Pricing:
Your column pricing is determined by an accumulation of quantities purchased during the calendar year.
Order Minimums:
No order minimums for blank products.
Private Label:
Orders over 150 dozen for running styles can be private labeled or embroidered in our factories abroad. Call customer support for details.
Drop Ship Services:
Drop shipping for fulfillment programs is not offered.
Returns:
Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All garments must be inspected before decorating. All sales are final. No returns accepted without our written authorization and sticker on carton. All returned merchandise must be in its original factory polybag and is subject to a 15% restocking fee (add 10% for free freight orders), plus freight and COD charges if applicable.
No returns on decorated merchandise. No returns after 60 days. Orders shipped cannot be cancelled.
Free Freight Promotion Qualifications:
Free Freight offered on ALL orders over $175 NET of regular priced merchandise.
Orders will ship standard UPS ground and/or truck in the
CONTINENTAL USA.
Blue Generation reserves the right to
select carrier. Offer excludes sale
items, web specials
& samples. Pants are
shipped from a different facility, must be
ordered separately and
over $175 to qualify (not
combined with other items).
Orders requiring expedited
delivery or COD are available at standard charges. A single $3.95 handling
charge is applied to each free freight order. Return on free freight orders are
charged an additional 10% restocking fee. Blue Generation reserves the
right to change or end this promotion at any time.
