Minimums:

There are no minimum orders on blank merchandise.

F.O.B.

All prices are FOB M. Rubin & Sons , New Jersey distribution center and are subject to change without notice.

Terms:

Net 30 for credit approved orders. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

COD:

Certified check or money order.

Shipping:

UPS delivery within 2 business days of shipping at ground rates anywhere in the continental United States. (Applies to shipments using Blue Generation UPS account number). Truck, FedEx, and expedited services at regular prices. Common carrier shipments sent freight collect.

Orders received before 3PM EST that are credit approved and in stock generally ship the same day, Monday through Friday with the exception of  weekends and holidays. COD and truck orders that require special arrangements may not apply.

Drop Shipment Services: Drop shipping for fulfillment programs is not offered.

Column Pricing: Your column pricing is determined by an accumulation of quantities purchased during the calendar year.

Returns:

Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All garments must be inspected before decorating.

All sales are final. No returns accepted without written authorization and sticker on carton.  Please call customer service at 888-336-4687 to request return authorization. To expedite your call, please have your customer code and invoice number ready when calling.

All refused, cancelled and unclaimed shipments, or those returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus freight and COD charges if applicable

All returned merchandise must be in its original factory polybag or are subject to a .50 per piece rebagging charge. No returns on decorated merchandise.

No returns after 60 days. Orders shipped cannot be cancelled.
